Business insurance for field service work
Vermilion Assembly carries business insurance for normal residential and commercial service operations. Coverage supports work involving delivery, assembly, installation, repair, diagnostics, disassembly, relocation, and haul-away when the job is within our normal business scope.
Certificate of Insurance available upon request
Certificate of Insurance documentation can be reviewed for qualifying projects and locations. This is most common for commercial sites, property-managed buildings, retail spaces, offices, gyms, apartment communities, and locations with building access requirements.
COI requests should be sent before scheduling whenever the building or property manager requires insurance verification before work can begin.
Information needed for a COI request
Insurance requests are easier to coordinate when the required wording and certificate details are sent early.
- Certificate holder name
- Certificate holder address
- Project address or service location
- Required insurance wording, if provided by the building or property manager
- Deadline for the certificate
- Site contact or property manager contact information
- Type of work being scheduled
- Any loading dock, elevator, building access, or vendor requirements

Coverage depends on policy terms and job scope
Insurance coverage depends on the active policy terms, conditions, exclusions, limits, location, and the actual scope of work. This page is a general coverage summary and is not a substitute for policy documents, certificate wording, or direct insurance verification when required by a site.
