Heavy delivery is about access, not just distance
Heavy delivery is usually won or lost before the item reaches the room. Stairs, tight turns, door width, ceiling height, flooring, wall clearance, parking distance, disassembly, reassembly, and old-item removal all matter.
We plan the item path before the job instead of guessing at the door. That matters whether the item is boxed, assembled, fragile, awkward, oversized, going upstairs, going into a basement, or being removed after a new item is delivered.
Common delivery, moving, and removal jobs
We help with single-item delivery, difficult carry-ins, room-of-choice placement, store pickups, private-seller pickups, disassembly, reassembly, packaging cleanup, and old-item haul-away when the route and scope are planned in advance.
- Room-of-choice delivery beyond the curb or entryway
- Heavy-item pickup, transport, carry-in, and placement
- Store, warehouse, and retailer pickup when release details are ready
- Facebook Marketplace and private-seller pickup coordination
- Garage-to-room, room-to-room, upstairs, downstairs, and basement moves when access allows
- Disassembly and reassembly when the product is designed to come apart safely
- Packaging removal and old-item haul-away when included in the scheduled scope
Placement where the item actually needs to go
Room-of-choice delivery means the item is carried past the curb or entryway and placed in the requested room when the route is workable. This can include garages, basements, upstairs rooms, offices, gyms, living rooms, patios, or other final locations.
The route matters more than the address. Doorway width, stair shape, landing space, hallway turns, elevator size, ceiling height, loose railings, flooring, and parking distance can all change what is practical.
Pickup from retailers, warehouses, and private sellers
We can pick up from stores, warehouses, and private sellers when the order or item is ready and release details are clear. Store pickups usually need the pickup name, order number, receipt or release instructions, box count, and loading details.
Private-seller pickups need the exact pickup location, agreed pickup window, item photos, seller contact rules, payment status, and whether the item needs to be taken apart before loading.
Taking items apart when the path requires it
Some items cannot safely clear the route as one piece. Treadmills, desks, beds, cabinets, fitness equipment, massage chairs, bulky furniture, and outdoor products may need partial disassembly before they can move through stairs, doors, halls, or tight turns.
Disassembly depends on the product design, hardware condition, available space, missing parts, existing damage, and whether the item can be safely reassembled after placement.
Old-item removal, packaging removal, and planned haul-away
Old-item haul-away is reviewed by size, weight, condition, stairs, loading route, disposal plan, and whether the item needs to be broken down before removal. Treadmills, furniture, fitness equipment, packaging, and bulky items can require different removal planning.
Packaging removal can include cardboard, foam, plastic wrap, straps, and large boxes when it is included in the scheduled scope. Off-site packaging haul-away should be confirmed before the appointment.
What can limit the job
Careful path planning and controlled handling are used, but no move can be guaranteed damage-free. Tight corners, fragile flooring, loose railings, low ceilings, narrow doors, steep stairs, bad weather, long carries, or pre-existing item damage can increase risk.
Some items are not safe to move through certain paths. Some items cannot be disassembled if hardware is stripped, seized, missing, damaged, hidden, or not designed to come apart.
What to send before scheduling
Photos and release details help us plan the route, labor, vehicle space, loading method, and removal scope before the job starts.
- Pickup address, store location, or seller pickup location
- Delivery city/ZIP and final room or placement location
- Item photos, listing link, model number, dimensions, or box count
- Store order number, pickup name, receipt, or release details when applicable
- Photos of parking, loading area, entry doors, stairs, hallway turns, elevators, and final room
- Whether the item is boxed, assembled, damaged, loose, fragile, or already partially taken apart
- Whether disassembly, reassembly, packaging removal, or old-item haul-away is needed
- Photos of any old item, packaging, or removal path that needs included in the job
