Commercial Punch-List Services
We help close out remaining tasks such as tightening hardware, correcting assembly issues, installing leftover parts, adjusting doors or drawers, placing items, and documenting limitations.
Commercial work we handle
Send the task list, photos, site contact, access notes, parts on hand, and clear scope before arrival so the visit stays focused and practical.
Site and project check
This is not licensed trade work or general contracting; electrical, plumbing, structural, code, and permit tasks must be handled by appropriate trades.
What to expect on service day
We confirm the scope with the site contact, review parts and instructions, protect practical work areas, complete the agreed tasks, test or adjust what applies, and flag anything that needs parts or another trade.
How to prepare and what to photograph
Send photos of boxes, labels, parts, damage, loading areas, stairs, elevators, doors, rooms, and final placement locations. Keep manuals, hardware, and agreed items staged where they can be checked.
Service limits and safety notes
Work is limited to agreed assembly, installation support, placement, adjustment, cleanup, or closeout scope. We do not force unsafe parts, alter structural components, or perform licensed trade work.
Central Ohio service area
Available in Columbus and nearby Central Ohio communities for commercial sites, offices, retail spaces, apartments, gyms, showrooms, and property-managed locations.
Common questions

Request a commercial quote
Send the scope, photos, access notes, timing, and site contact. We will confirm whether the project can be completed as planned or needs staging, parts, moving help, disposal planning, or follow-up work.
