Anchoring furniture to suitable wall points
We install customer-approved anti-tip or anchoring hardware for bookshelves, dressers, cabinets, wardrobes, shelving, storage units, TV stands, and similar pieces when the wall type and furniture material support it.
Pieces, placement, and access
Anchoring planning includes furniture placement, baseboards, wall clearance, access behind the item, stud location, wall type, brackets, straps, anchors, and whether the item can sit close enough to the wall.
- Photos, dimensions, and product details help confirm scope before arrival.
- Access, stairs, room layout, and item condition can affect timing and feasibility.
- Some projects need compatible hardware, replacement parts, or customer approval.
Anchors, brackets, studs, and customer-supplied hardware
Some jobs use customer-supplied manufacturer brackets or straps; others may require specific anchors for studs, drywall, masonry, plaster, or other wall conditions. Customer approval is needed before drilling.
Assessment before drilling
We check wall type, stud location where applicable, furniture material, bracket position, baseboard interference, and access before installing practical anchoring hardware.
Photos to send before anchoring
Send photos of the furniture, the wall behind it, baseboards, anchor kit or brackets, room placement, and any labels or manufacturer instructions that came with the item.
Important safety and wall limits
Anchoring can reduce tip risk when installed into suitable materials, but we do not guarantee childproofing, earthquake protection, safety certification, or performance beyond the wall, hardware, and furniture condition.
